Where do you make the items you sell in Gottles?

All the items we sell at Gottles are made at our small shop now located in Carson City, Nevada.

What payment methods does Gottles accept?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. More about Secure Payments by Paypal.

How is shipping+handling works?

Estimated shipping+handling costs are calculated on checkout. Single-item orders usually are shipped 1 up to 5 business days upon receipt of payment. We'd always tried to do same-day shippingFor bulk orders, please contact us for lead and shipping time. We ship through USPS Priority Mail® 1-3 Day and UPS Ground. Tracking number is provided when the shipment label of the order is created. We track shipments to make sure items are received at the estimated delivery date indicated on the tracking information. We ship Monday through Friday. We don't ship during Postal Holidays.

How to track order(s)?

Tracking number will be provided so that you'll have some idea of when you should be receiving your order. Visit this link and copy+paste the tracking number. Also, you can view the USPS Mail delivery map - click here. The map will provide you with expected 1, 2, or 3 day delivery areas for Priority Mail shipments. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.

How can I request for a return or an exchange?

We stand behind our products and believe in customer satisfaction. If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your product, you may request for a return or exchange of your order within three (3) days after delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns or exchanges as free shipping rules do not apply at this time.
