Where do you make the items you sell in Gottles?
All the items we sell at Gottles are made at our small shop now located in Carson City, Nevada.

What payment methods does Gottles accept?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal.  More about Secure Payments by Paypal

How is shipping+handling works?
Estimated shipping+handling costs are calculated on checkout.
Orders usually are shipped 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment.
We ship through USPS Priority Mail® 1-3 Day. 
Tracking number is provided when the USPS pre-shipment label of the order is created.
We track shipments to make sure items are received
at the estimated delivery date indicated on the tracking information.
We don't ship during Postal Holidays - 2017.

How to track shipment(s)?
You can track your shipment, just copy the tracking number we sent you and paste it on this link.
Also, you can view the USPS Mail delivery map - click here.  The map will provide you with expected 1, 2, or 3 day delivery areas for Priority Mail shipments.  Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.

How can I request for a return, replacement or an exchange?
We stand behind our products and believe in customer satisfaction. If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your product, you may request for a return, replacement or exchange of your order within seven (7) days after receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns or exchanges as free shipping rules do not apply at this time.
